The Parable:

A grandfather is talking with his grandson and he says there are two wolves inside of us which are always at war with each other. One of them is a good wolf which represents things like kindness, bravery and love. I'm Paula and I would like to share the benefits I have experienced over the past 15 years of practicing mindfulness.


I could give you lots of facts and figures from research and the medical benefits of practicing mindfulness. But that's not my style and after all mindfulness is "experiential". Mindfulness is about becoming aware of the present moment to moment without judgment.

Sounds simple enough.......... BUT being aware of thoughts, feelings and sensations can be very uncomfortable. The paradox is that once we accept and become aware of these states they seem to lesson there grip.
