The Parable:

A grandfather is talking with his grandson and he says there are two wolves inside of us which are always at war with each other. One of them is a good wolf which represents things like kindness, bravery and love. The other is a bad wolf, which represents things like greed, hatred and fear. The grandson stops and thinks about it for a second then he looks up at his grandfather and says, “Grandfather, which one wins? “The grandfather quietly replies, “The one you feed...”

Paula Cross

I'm Paula and I would like to share the benefits I have experienced over the past 15 years of practicing mindfulness.

I could give you lots of facts and figures from research and the medical benefits of practicing mindfulness. But that's not my style and after all mindfulness is "experiential". Mindfulness is about becoming aware of the present moment to moment without judgment.

Sounds simple enough.......... BUT being aware of thoughts, feelings and sensations can be very uncomfortable. The paradox is that once we accept and become aware of these states they seem to lesson there grip.

What people are saying........

"Recently myself and my team were fortunate enough to be guided through a mindfulness training experience with Paula Cross (Mindfulness Educator). During a time of change for our team and a period where I was sensing that we were all carry some extra load, we were looking for a very practical way that we could support and equip the team. Paula was great. From the initial phone conversation, she was focused on tailoring her training to the needs of the team whilst ensuring the fundamentals of the benefits of Mindfulness practice were maintained. A wonderful balance and one which has meant that our team have been better able to journey an exciting and challenging time in our individual and corporate growth and development. I would strongly recommend Mindfulness education for both individuals and teams and do not hesitate to recommend Paula Cross as a preferred facilitator in this space".
